The Animal Foundation Curacao (SDBC) is a foundation established for over 60 years active in Curacao and has made a major change during the last two years. By changes in the board and rethinking the objectives that the organization wants to achieve with the various activities, a smaller, more realistic and targeted organization was created. Capturing and relocating animals from the shelter, is one of the main activities of the SDBC. Another very important activity is to follow reports of cruelty, neglect and abuse by the inspector of complaints and taking action in these cases. A third important aspect to the work of the SDBC is education, not only at schools but also in the districts and by telephone.
